Basically I've left a flag to tell TiddlyWiki it is svg code. Without
this flag it is impossible for the wikifier to know whether to render
it as wikitext or svg.
The flag in question is the tiddler field "server.content-type" which
is set to image/svg+xml (click fields in the more button to confirm)

You can make this case via 2 ways:
1) upload the svg file using the binary upload plugin
<<binaryUploadPublic>>

2) use a plugin such as 
http://first-class-fields.tiddlyspace.com/#EditTemplateFieldsPlugin
to set server.content-type to image/svg+xml manually.

Note once this field is set you can still edit the raw svg by the edit
button so you only need to do this once.
