Wow, this is great stuff!!!
If you want to make it behave nicely with QuickOpenTagPlugin [1], you
must add the following to the code of SetIconPlugin right after this
line...
if (!btn) return; // can't find a link
//Fix for QuickOpenTagPlugin
jQuery(btn).closest('.quickopentag').children('.tiddlyLink').remove();

I guess it were much better for QuickOpenTagPlugin to specify an
additional parameter for the <<tag>> macro by the name of
"showDefault" which renders the default tag button instead of a
"quickopentag".
