"Right"?  I would use the term "ability".
In which case the answer would be "yes"

"Right" implies a property of nature or some matter of contractual law.
If there is a contract granting you that right and they change the
password then you still have the legal right of access, just not the
ability.

Sorry if I seem pick on language but I'm trying to grasp at the CONTEXT.
