Note: creating *links* to tiddler titles does NOT create the tiddler
itself.  If you follow a link to a non-existing tiddler, a
'placeholder' tiddler is automatically rendered, but STILL does not
exist, until you actually press "edit", and then "done".  Only then
will the tiddler be 'created' and listed in the sidebar tabs.
