Also fET working together with forms, may be a possibility here. But will need some programming. Some fET experts may jump in here. But if you need more complex formulas to calculate something, and the enduser needs to edit them, I'd go for a way to implement google docs spreadsheet as an iframe into a tiddler. Which needs online connection and will store data in the cloud. If this is not possible, I'd go for the external editor solution. This CVS file could be imported into a tiddler. CVS export will be possible too.
