Yep, I know that... this problem is related to how the individual themes chose the width of their sidebar and how the toggling is being achieved. You will have to adjust / overwrite these settings by putting something like this into your zzConfig tiddler tagged systemConfig:
config.macros.toggleSideBarTB.rightBarShow:"margin-right:448px;" Or whatever the width of your sidebar is plus some extra margin.
