changing the MainMenu settings is not enough. You have to change the
displayArea (= area between MainMenu and SideBar) properties, too.
This is the default CSS from StyleSheetLayout:
#displayArea {margin:1em 17em 0 14em;}
Copy it to StyleSheet and tweak it to your needs.
