I was misunderstanding it after all. You'd have to have a main tiddler called "Tests" tagged with all the Dx1, Dx2, Dx3 etc. Then when all the other tiddlers that variously get tagged with some of those tags, you can see the cloud that displays the relative frequency of all the tests with <<cloud =[[Tests]]>>
