back again ;-( after some fiddling around i found out that the combination tagcyle and settiddlerbackground doesn't work in my case (i'm playing with tiddlydesktop). (what happens is when i use cycle tag and in that way set the background the tiddler in editmode jumps back to viewmode and can't be moved/resized afterwards, when working from viewmode the same happens) so back to my original question.. i'd like to achieve the effect of an /easy/ to use background color switch possibility, preferably in edit mode. What i'd like is a template for creating text, with somewhere 4 buttons representing 4 different background colors for the tiddler in viewmode. I'm sure the tools to get to this effect must be around somewhere in the tiddlyverse... I'm not too good at scripting but i'd guess something with create button & onclick..? thanks, mitchke
