I wanted to see only my content tiddlers in the index lists. This means suppressing all the plug-ins, tweaked shadow tiddlers, and so on. I accomplished this by tagging all the latter category with excludeLinks. (I was glad for the documentation tip that going to the Tab Index and tapping on excludeLinks will let me find those tiddlers when they are wanted.)
