Hi ZenJi, You could set up a tiddlyspot, like you did allready. Have a simple tiddler like TypeButton [1], that creates a link to typewith.me typewith.me is a realtime multi user editable document. If you know the link, you can edit it.
So you can have TW as informal pages. And typewith.me as live discussion board. Open - type - thats it. I created one for you to play with it. [2] Be aware, that this document is not part of the TW. It's only included with an IFrame. Also my TeamWork place, I think is very similar to your needs. Everyone can edit. But some tiddlers are protected. But to set it up, will be a little bit tricky. TiddlySpace.com is easyer in that way.
