Hi Rich, It sounds like you are describing Tiddlyspace. Have you seen that before? http://tidlyspace.com Everyone has spaces (tiddlywikis) that contain public and private tiddlers - using the bag architecture of tiddlyweb[1] - and has mechanisms, such as inclusion, where people can share tiddlers or sets of tiddlers with one another or for combining one's content/tiddlers from a number of different spaces/tiddlywikis.
