I would like to produce it using MediaWikiTableFormatterPlugin. But I
can't get the background colors to come in. The examples I've been
able to find use standard css at the row level. For example, this
renders but it doesn't achieve cell coloring:
{| style="background-color:#ffc;"
| Primary
| ipsum
| dolor
|}
