It defines some basic "rules" If you have some "user stories, including a solution" you can directly post them to community. If you want to discuss them, use the communitydev space. Also feel free, to add stuff to the existing tiddlers. @communitdev has a comment feature, which will mark the "root" topic as edited if a comment is saved. So the timeline will change accordingly. I saw, that the backstage layout is broken, if you are not logged in. You need to log in at your homespace and then switch to community space. I'll try to fix it soon. > ...
