Thank you to all that is responded. This is looking to be much harder than I originally thought. Probably the simplest option would just be copy/paste.
The biggest problem as I see it is specifying the recipient. Not sure if I made myself clear earlier, but I did not just want to send an email to me, but to various other people and not a specific set of people. With each send the recipient(s) would change.
