Hi all, I'm trying to wrap up a TW that I can use as my vegetable garden planner. Using Erics moveablepanels and pasteup it's starting to look great. What i would need now is some advice on how to handle recurring, structured information... there's so many options that I can't choose anymore.
The case is like this. I have 'vegetable information' tiddlers based on a template. In these tiddlers i'd like to have a section with seeding indoors, seeding outdoors and planting times information. I could use just a TWtable with headings like jan1-15|jan16-31|feb1-15| feb16-28 etc for the whole year, followed by three rows one for seeding indoors one for seeding outdoors, one for planting time, and then fill up the rows with crosses or preferably colors. But i'm sure there must be a solution around that lets me 'import/transclude the basic table and *then fill in the blanks for that specific tiddler. Maybe some checkbox solution? once having filled the individual tiddlers with this information, i would like to put it all together in one or more seeding time lists. I've been looking at Eric's grid plugin and that might do the trick, but i'm not sure it would work if the table / sections are just 'colorcoded' - so don't have any (wiki)text attached to the 'cells'. Anyone has a clear idea on how to best create a good workflow for this? I should add that anything that keeps the tiddler 'readable' and keeps the actual information/data as much as possible inside the tiddler concerned has my preference. .. thanks! mitchke -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
