I've seen this request come up a few times in the past... and I completely see the desire to save changes without having to exit edit mode and re-enter it to keep editing - losing your place as well.
Took me a dozen combinations or so of search terms to hit on the right path... "save tiddler while editing" was how I finally found the threads below. Had I not *known* there was such a plugin, I might have given up looking! "Save and keep editing" is a perfect match for the subject line of the second thread. http://groups.google.com/group/tiddlywiki/browse_thread/thread/1700368744d9ed4c (QuickSavePlugin and DraftsPlugin) http://groups.google.com/group/tiddlywiki/browse_thread/thread/591fbe2c9492dc2f/3fba6811147b0e8a (QuickSavePlugin, with quickSaveTiddler set as the "+" command in the toolbar, to allow for shortcut access - save and close would then become ctrl+enter, then esc.) I don't have first hand experience with either plugin, but hopefully one of them works for you. I'll probably go grab the latest QuickSavePlugin now that you've reminded me about it. -- Jim Helm On Jan 25, 6:43 pm, Måns <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi John > > I'm looking for a plug-in that will allow me to save the text in a > > > tiddler without stopping out of the edit window like the "Done" button > > does.
