You need to modify your PageTemplate by taking the nested elements out
of their containers and best put them at the start or end of your
pagetemplate. Then give them {position:absolute} in your StyleSheet
and things should work... although you might want to fix the height of
the DisplayArea or give it some kind of margin, such that when it
scrolls underneath your TopMenu, there's a little distance between it
