SystemSettings is a special new tiddler added in TW 2.6.2. See: http://tiddlywiki.com/#PersistentOptions
I was just curious if this new SystemSettings feature could support the settings for "readOnly" and "showBackstage". As you mentioned, a zzConfig tiddler is another option.
