Create a tiddler [[SomeTitle]] write
+++[Sample][<img src=http://....first part of the URL.......
$1 .......last part of the URL>]===
Use it in other tiddlers like this:
<<tiddler SomeTitle with:{{tiddler.title}}>>
or if you can't/won't use {{tiddler.title}} write some tiddlername..
