If you use tiddlyspace, you can include bookmarks in your own space. It gives you a bookmarklet which, I know, works fine in Chrome and Firefox.. A nice feature is that if you select some text on a page you are going to bookmark - it will be copied into the Description-section and the Url wil be copied into the Url section of the new tiddler... It's pretty simple - and very effective..
