This is an open ticket with platform-specific issues.  Because
findPosX() and findPosY() are used extensively throughout the core and
plugin code, any changes MUST be investigated carefully and accepted
only after thorough testing on multiple browser/platform
combinations.  This is especially important for FireFox and IE which,
based on TiddlyTools traffic data, are used by more than 75% of
TiddlyWiki users (webkit-based browsers -- Safari and Chrome -- are
about 15% of users.  The remaining 10% are other miscellaneous
browsers/platforms)
