Hi Skye, I don't quite catch the idea. I mean, what's the relation with QuickNote?
If you want to add a section to a tiddler, why not navigate to it and just add / edit it? The reason why I am asking is, because you would have to specify the tiddler to which you want to add the section anyways. You even would have to specify the section title, unless you want that hardcoded into the kind of QuickNote instance as desired by you. I remember having seen Mans using NestedSlidersPlugin and feT to produce clickable links in lists in combination with EditSectionPlugin which allowed you to edit those sections for remote tiddlers.
