http://qtweb.net/ I recently found out QtWeb, a light portable browser. It's "an open source project based on Nokia's Qt framework and Apple's WebKit rendering engine".
It can easily be skinned off of all of its toolbars so it looks like a good simple option for plain TiddlyWiki viewing but I can not save a TW in it despite using TiddlySaver.jar "It's not possible to save changes. Possible reasons include: - your browser doesn't support saving (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Opera all work if properly configured) - the pathname to your TiddlyWiki file contains illegal characters - the TiddlyWiki HTML file has been moved or renamed" I know Safari can save a TW file so that proves Apple's WebKit rendering engine "innocent". Could the impossibility to save be a Qt framework issue ? Any thoughts or workarounds ? Thanks for reading. PS: same TW file can be saved under Firefox portable and Iron portable without problem. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
