Hi eric:

Currently, when showPopup is called it displays the content underneath/
above without regard to whether the calling element is fixed or not.
This results in a Popup that scrolls with the document, while the
fixed calling element remains fixed. The behavior is not pretty. An
example can be found on my TW [1] (try clicking on a button in the
top menu).

I have tried playing with (not releasing, just testing!)
ShowPopupPlugin [2] to test for whether the calling element is fixed,
but the problem occurs when the calling element has an un-specified
position, but is itself contained in a fixed position element or has a
grandparent element somewhere up the DOM with position:fixed. So that
didn't work.

Do you have any suggestions for how to get the popup to remain fixed?
Is there any way to implement this behavior in ShowPopupPlugin?

Thank you in advance for any help,

axs
