OK, I'll rephrase. (And I'm able to better rephrase because of the responses here, thank you both.) I'm getting tired of searches returning plugins when I'm looking for content. I assumed I needed a plugin that would permit search option changing (similar to what one sees in most any app when you search), such as case sensitivity, ignore these tags but not those, title search only, and so on and so forth. It seemed like SearchOptionPlugin was the appropriate manner in which to go about this. Thanks to e's note, I now get that this is changing the core search behaviour, and is not in itself a macro. Now when I search I do indeed get the search result list described. What I think I'm looking for is the equivalent to the facility and functionality visible when one clicks options within a search result: search qualifiers become visible, down to the text box below exclude tiddlers. Click options again, and the qualification area rolls up. That is the behaviour I believe I'm looking for in place of the regular search in the right side panel. a la search on tiddlytools.com How do I get there? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
