Craig was so nice as to point out that my translation of the following
CSS code wasn't quite right.
.tiddler div.editor textarea {height:400px;}
So a more adequate, if not correct, translation for it would be...
"For any element by the class of "tiddler", containing a div by the
class of "editor", set the height of any textarea within it equal to
400px."
