Hi! I made my own TiddlyWiki "app" for keeping bookmarks and I thought I'd share, since I saw questions about keeping bookmarks with TiddlyWiki. It uses TiddlySnip plugin, so you can only add the bookmarks in Firefox, but you can view them in any browser that supports TiddlyWiki. Since TiddlySnip is not maintained, you'll need to download the last version and manually change the maxversion to make sure it works in Firefox 4.0. I've tried it in FF 4.0 and it works.
