In that case, you need the following:
<<forEachTiddler
where
'tiddler.tags.contains("Template") && !
tiddler.tags.contains("attachment")'
sortBy
tiddler.modified
descending
write
'((index == 0) ? "" : "\n")+"|[["+tiddler.title+"|"+tiddler.title
+"]]|{{editor{<<edit [[text@"+tiddler.title+"]] 20>\>}}}|"'>>
And you need Eric's EditFieldPlugin (1). Install that first, or you
might have problems editing the tiddler. The "editor" class specifies
that it should look like the editor, namely, that it should be wide
across the whole tiddler. 20 specifies the height of the editor
window, you can change that. "text@" specifies that it should show the
text field of the tiddler, ie the content.
