Yes, I tagged it systemConfig. Do I need to remove another plugin that it replaced, or at least reference to the old plugin in the ViewTemplate? Also, I didn't actually import TagglyTaggingPlugin. Rather, I created a new tiddler with that exact name: TagglyTaggingPlugin and copy/ pasted the text into the body. -R
