I assume "at the server" means on *TiddlySpace* ???

If so, then you need to get the latest update to the plugin (v2.9.5)
which I've just posted on TiddlyTools:

The update adds handling for the 'defaultCustomFields' required by
TiddlySpace, so that tiddlers created by CommentPlugin will be
properly recognized and saved online.
