Your're right, Mario. Deleting this MarkupPostBody entry and tagging the jquery-ui-1.8.9.custom.min.js tiddler with systemConfig made the sidebar dragging working in a standalone TW. Though had to paste its code into the tiddler again, because for some reason it has been corrupted.
