I've got an arbitrary (actually unknown) number of updates to my TW file on Tiddlyspot from contributors to a group project, and a whole lotta updates to a local copy that I need to merge.
I realize I can extract by date, export then import, but it's likely that individual tiddlers got updated in both places. Obviously if this were a once-off it's NBD to do it manually, but I'd rather not have to change the workflow if I don't have to - I personally do a lot of my editing offline, and don't want to disable contributors editing.
