Hi Chris and Måns, Thanks to you both! The time I encountered login problem was around 11:55 AM, May 8 (GMT+8), so it should be around 4 AM, May 8 (UTC).
Later that night, I could login to my account successfully with my usual credential, so I estimate that it should be around 2 PM, May 8 (UTC).
