There was some tweaking needed. The freestyle generator, I used to create exactly this layout is public, but not userfriendly :). But it is very similar to my nostalgia [2] theme. I'd suggest to use nostalgia, if you want to have a similar theme. nostalgia is IMO a little bit more advanced, and cleaned up. It also works with tiddlyspace. Messing around with the themes you can use the freestyle generator [3].
