Since TW uses UNICODE, this would require hardcoding the treating of
such symbols by the search engine (as I understand this is done by so-
called hijacking); this means that someone should either code treating
of each symbol ("ǎ" as "a", .. as .., ...) or use some library which
can exist and can absent.
