I use two TWs for organizing my notes and one for contacts, my master to do list, info and links. I use a physical agenda for calendar stuff.
The note-taking ones use vertical tabs for 15 main categories, and as you click on them there is a middle column with links, and those links open tiddlers. I deliberately imitated Evernote. Definitely only for my widescreen laptop. Images and Iframes to pdfs, etc are wrapped in CSS to make them fit the tiddler width.
