[tw] String.prototype.htmlEncode

I ask for some help.

Is there any way for the function "String.prototype.htmlEncode" do not
change "<" and ">" to "&lt;" "&gt;" for tiddler tagged with some
special tag.

the lines in Tiddlywiki are:

// Convert & to "&amp;", < to "&lt;", > to "&gt;" and " to "&quot;"
String.prototype.htmlEncode = function()
{
        return this.replace(/&/mg,"&amp;").replace(/</mg,"&lt;").replace(/>/
mg,"&gt;").replace(/\"/mg,"&quot;");
};

I don't know Java, please help if anybody can!
