I've been thinking about your usercase - and Dave Giffords widescreen TW came to mind. He uses the MainMenu as a very wide container, and I saw a possible route to take... Your own solution appears to be somewhat more sophisticated - and interesting indeed. Would you consider to share a copy of your work in progress?
