Is there a way to make permalinks work properly? If I cut and paste a permalink into the Firefox address bar, it works great - i.e. it opens the Tiddly and loads the specific tiddler I am interested in. However, in practice, whenever I link to it from another program - be it email, OneNote, or even a separate Tiddly - it opens the Tiddly from its base start page, not the tiddler I want.
