Hi, people.
I am trying to implement TW as an educational tool for my Second Language
classes.
I am very eager to learn everything TW but my very limited IT literacy does
not even allow me to grasp where to start...
With "IT literacy" I mean that at present I am able to create a "Hello
World" html page... but between "hello world" and the code complexity of a
TW file there seem to be a huuuughe distance, which I will have to walk.
I will do my best not to post extremely stupid questions here, but I can not
promise... I will be very grateful to you if you point me to sources of
knowledge according to my ignorance.

My first experiment is at tiddlyspace.com
I know by now that each pupil should create their own space, then they
should include my (the teacher's) space.

The next assignment to myself is to try to find out what exactly means
"follow" in TiddlySpace, and how can I use "follow" in this educational
context.
(Maybe all pupils and me, we should all follow each other...? I will see)
But this is really not my first question now.

I will ask one at a time:

My first, burning question is:

How can I stop EasyEdit Plugin to delete all text from every tiddler I try
to edit with EasyEdit?

I have installed EasyEdit Plugin because I want my pupils to be able to take
some notes without having to learn TW syntax (At least not right now).
I want to show to my pupils (using data projector) how easy it is to take
notes on tiddlers...
But something terrible happens: Each time I pulse on "WRITE"... ALL contents
of the tiddler disappear, leaving me a virginal space to write from zero...
each time!

That cannot be meant to be that way... It is named "EasyEdit Plugin", and
not "EasyErase Plugin"...

(And by the way, it took me a whole week to find a posting with instructions
on how to get the "WRITE" option to appear... I wonder why it is a so well
kept secret, that we have to modify "ToolbarCommands" to have that "WRITE"
command)
