I was looking at GTDTiddlyWiki (http://www.checkettsweb.com/tw/ gtd_tiddlywiki.htm) which features the ability to print out tiddlers as 3 x 5 cards. Unfortunately, the site does not seem to to have been updated since 2005, and I wasn't able to get the printout in 3 x 5 format on either FireFox nor Opera.
