I guess you are using tiddlyspot and not tiddlyspace.

There's a controlpanel which you can access by adding "/controlpanel"
to the URL - like this:
http://yoursitename.tiddlyspot.com/controlpanel
It allows you to change password, delete the site and toggle the
private/public mode...
