I found "Oxford Analytic Topology - a discussion space for the Kunen
reading group" [1] TiddlySpace lately. It may be of interest for you.
Having a look about the tiddler authors and letting google find them,
it should be possible to get in touch. There is a math template space
[2] too.

Reading your usecase I knew, that I've seen this "R" thingy
somewhere :) Some time ago there was a post about
"JSXGraphPlugin" [3]. I created a space [4] to test the library. For
production it may need some tweaking. At the JSX.. wiki there is an
"Analyze data with the Statistics software R" [5] which communicates
with a server and visualizes the returned results. The big red dots at
the page [5] are interactive.

The link to the "LokSkala.R" script is broken. But anyway, I think
this could be a starting point.
