A "Tiddler" can refer to * a young child (aka, "toddler" in the US) * a small silvery bait fish (the "stickleback") and "Tiddly" can mean: * small (see "Tiddly Winks", using small round 'chips') * drunk (aka "tipsy") and, of course, "Wiki" is derived from the Hawaiian phrase "wiki wiki" which means, approximately, "quick" or "fast".
