Hm. I'm using YourSearchPlugin (2.1.5, from 2010-02-16), in TW 2.6.4 right now... I don't remember having any problems with *that* plugin, when I went from 2.5.1 to 2.6.4... but then, I waited for the dust to settle a bit on 2.6.x before i upgraded too.
What kind of problems are you having?
