If you search, there is a ArchivePlugin available, which writes all tiddlers to separate files which are tagged 'archive' (ie. writes external .html files with the content exactly as seen in edit mode). But note: thereby these tiddlers content aren't stored in the TW store area anymore, though still available or reversible by simply removing the 'archive' tag. And 'systemConfig' tiddler externalized this way wont work.
