Tobias and Jeremy, Yes to both of you. Exactly! I crave simplicity and harmony so once one has a color palette with basic goto color range then it's just a matter of styling and avoid the color mess Tobias mentions.
Tobias, my idea is of having a tiddlywiki with as less dependencies as possible, hence my test-wiki. I'm a relative neophyte at all this, but I believe a healthy combination of CSS and HTML may achieve that end. That is to keep a tiddlywiki simple yet very capable. I believe that range of 8 basic color sets would do the trick. A very huge part of this inspiration came from Dave Giffords latest works with his tiddlywiki[1]. I just love how it looks very simple and pleasing yet under the hood very complete to what he wants to achieve. Your colored links are very interesting indeed.
