Theoretically.. CookieSaverPlugin by Eric would able to write any cookie changed instantly to a CookieJar tiddler. And practically it does that till TW version 2.6.1 - but not with any version above :-( and AutoRefreshPlugin by Udo allegedly would be able to observe any indicated tiddler - like the CookieJar - and refresh the tiddler where its macro with the indication is placed. Practically...
