It should be the exact same document - however browser cache and and
internet connection can play a role...

Yep - untill I changed my internet provider, and got a more stable
connection.
(Maybe playing with the url could cause the problem - I don't know) -
however:

Go to mroswell.tiddlyspot.com/backup - find the latest backup (check
size...)
open it and save to web...eg. via the TspotControl shadow tiddler...

I guess this might be a coincidence. browsers "remembers" addresses
(unless you delete history) - when you start writing an address the
most recent similar address will be inserted as you write...
Delete /index.html from the suggested address in Chrome and see if it
still want to add the /index.html suffix...
